This Terms of Service and License Agreement (“this Agreement”) is a legally-binding contract between Bridge Group Tax, LLC. (“BridgeGroupTax”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you”, “your”, or “user”), a visitor or user of Bridge Group Tax’s websites, mobile applications, online and offline tax return preparation products, and related services, and, if selected by you, Bridge Group Tax electronic services (collectively,the “Services”) for the Services related to the then-current tax filing year at the time this Agreement is accepted or amended.

You may not use the Services until you have read and agreed to this Agreement. By using the Services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, you must terminate your use of the Services.

A “registered user” is a user from whom Bridge Group Tax has received the information necessary to permit such person to print, register, electronically file or prepare a tax return prepared using the Services and who complies with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Any Individual or Agency utilizing our website to register as a preparer and or to request usage of our licenses for the purpose of profit or information are bound by this agreement and consent that all information input, disclosed, or used is in fact correct ,truthful and lawfully your own, assigned to you by government agencies and lawful authorities. Any individual/Agencies seeking to use false or fraudulent information could be prosecuted by the full extent of the law. Wrongful information used by any Individual or Agencies to register for our services which caused hard may not be used against us legally or Lawfully but against those individuals bound by this contract.
